Fuel Up To Play -- The Dairy Way!

To enter the promotion, schools must teach one lesson from the "Discover Dairy" Lesson Series
and enroll in "Fuel Up To Play 60," a youth program from the National Dairy Council and
National Football League.

Download official promotion rules to learn more about the guidelines and prizes for the promotion.

Step 1: Get Started
-- Register here to enter the promotion and to join the Fuel Up To Play 60 program. Once you register,  your school will receive a free "Fuel Up To Play 60" wellness kit and other free promotion materials.


Step 2: Fuel Up To Play -- The Dairy Way
-- Have teachers teach one or both of the following Discover Dairy lessons to students, depending on grade levels.
    + Grades 4 and 5: Lesson Five -- "Discover Dairy & Nutrition"
    + Grades 6, 7 and 8: Lesson One -- "Discover Dairy & Animal Health"
-- Complete the Discover Dairy lesson evaluation form. Download evaluation form here.
-- Implement the Fuel Up To Play 60 program. For details, download the official promotion rules or visit
