Did you know a cow’s ear tag helps dairy farmers identify the cow from the rest of the herd? The tags can include numbers, birthdates, or their names!
If you want a fun memory from this year’s Adopt a Cow program, we have a limited amount of customized ear tag keychains available! By completing the form below with a $10.00 donation, you’ll receive an adorable, customized ear tag keychain as a thank-you gift. Each tag will be yellow with the Discover Dairy calf on one side. You can customize the other side of your tag with your adopted calf’s name in memory of your special classroom mascot. For every $10 donated, you will receive one ear tag. You can order multiple ear tags with the same name or different names!

What is the cut-off date?
UPDATE 1/22/24: As of 2 PM EST January 22, 2024, the Ear Tag form is CLOSED for the year due to exhausting our supplies to fulfill orders. Thank you for your continuous support for the Discover Dairy Program!
You must submit the form below with your donation between January 1-26, 2024. The order form will close on January 26 or when ear tag supplies run out. If supplies run out, we will close the form.
When will I receive my ear tag?
We will be packaging and mailing out your ear tags on February 1, 2024. You should receive your keychain in time for a sweet Valentine’s Day gift, but the ear tag keychains can be a fun memory anytime of the school year this spring!
